Hundreds Gather, Dozens Saved, Many Sent Out
In April 2023, Palau partnered with Circuit Riders to host Carry the Love: London at City Gates Church in Ilford. Timed just before the King's coronation, with the world's attention on London, this two-night outreach was designed to share hope where it was most needed.
Guvna B and Elle Limebear headlined the evenings, leading alongside passionate testimonies and powerful worship. On Friday, 400 people attended; by Saturday night, the crowd grew to over 700. The audience included youth groups, families, and a vibrant contingent of millennials from across the UK, Europe, and the US—all united with one purpose: to encounter and share Jesus.
Andrew and Wendy Palau delivered clear Gospel messages, addressing real struggles like loss, confusion, and disappointment while offering God's love, purpose, and hope in exchange. Over the weekend, 74 individuals gave their lives to Jesus, with many more receiving prayer and ministry.
The event concluded with the commissioning of hundreds of young evangelists to take the Gospel to the streets of London. Even as attendees left the venue, new stories of salvation were unfolding, proving that God's love is still transforming lives across the city.
We are currently in a kebab shop getting late night food, and my friend just led a guy to Jesus outside! As the Gospel was being shared, he said he'd never been given the opportunity to hear or respond to the gospel before and gave his life to Jesus on the spot!
