Zagreb Fest: An Unprecedented Moment of Unity for the Churches of Croatia

Impact
Highlights

As we reflect on Zagreb Fest, one word keeps coming to mind: unity.
Before the music, before the events, before the crowds gathered, something remarkable was already happening. For the first time in history, Church leaders from across Zagreb, many from different traditions and backgrounds, came together in a determined spirit of unprecedented partnership and friendship.
With the help of our team, they brought the Good News to their region through Zagreb Fest, an evangelistic festival held on June 13 in the heart of the city.
Through the Zagreb Fest campaign, multiple gatherings took place. A men’s dinner, a women’s event, and evangelistic street ministry with a team of 31 people helped extend the reach of the Gospel.
These strategic events paved the way for the festival on June 13, where the Gospel was clearly shared from the main stage at the Mozaik Centre.
This groundbreaking partnership in Croatia gathered local believers to serve their city and share the transforming hope found in Jesus Christ. Throughout the weeklong campaign, more than 1,200 people were reached in person through a variety of outreach efforts, culminating in a vibrant, family-friendly festival.
In total, through the entire Zagreb Fest campaign, 130 individuals responded to the Gospel.
"Even if you were to leave tonight, the most amazing work has already taken place. There are the beginnings of unity amongst the leaders that we haven't experienced for 50 years."

We shared the Good News through these strategies and more!

On the festival day itself, children filled the Mozaik Centre with laughter, families gathered together, and the Gospel was shared clearly and joyfully.

In addition to a dynamic music lineup (LZ7, Saintz, Elle Limebear, and more), Zagreb Fest featured a lively kids’ area with bounce castles, Superbook© characters, freestyle football, and fun activities for all ages. Andrew took to the stage toward the end of the evening to proclaim the Gospel, inviting everyone to place their faith in Jesus.

Along with her own story of hope, Wendy shared about the value Jesus placed on women and how He consistently saw, restored, and dignified women throughout the Gospels during our women's outreach.

One of the most powerful moments came as people publicly responded to Christ, including several men who stepped forward with visible courage and sincerity.
